Tukswitt Farm's maple syrup started in 2006. We have approximately 43 taps in 35 trees - tapping only a variety of maple trees. Most of our trees are tapped with stainless steel spouts and the sap is collected in plastic jugs; however, we do have a few trees that are tapped with plastic leader spouts and connected with tubing to a central sap collection site. Our sap is cooked down over an open, wood fire and finished on our kitchen stove.
Sorry, our maple syrup is not for sale.
